1. Agreement

By downloading or using OTG, you agree to these Terms. OTG is provided by Ziippoco Inc. ("we", "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The service

OTG is a fitness-tracking app: workout logging, food logging, an AI coach, and camera-based rep counting. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have an existing health condition.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be 13 or older (16 in the EEA) to use OTG.

4. Subscriptions and billing

OTG offers optional paid subscriptions (weekly, monthly, annual) that unlock premium features. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, renew automatically at the end of each period unless canceled, and are managed and canceled through your App Store or Play account settings, not through OTG directly. Prices are shown in-app before purchase and may vary by region. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies.

5. Free trial

Where offered, a free trial converts automatically into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless canceled before it ends.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: reverse-engineer the app, use it to harm others, submit content you do not have rights to, or attempt to abuse the AI Coach or scanning features (e.g., submitting content unrelated to fitness or nutrition to extract unrelated services).

7. AI Coach disclaimer

The AI Coach provides general fitness and nutrition information based on the data you log. It does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe treatment, or advise on medication or supplement dosage. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, see a doctor or registered dietitian for those questions.

8. Intellectual property

The OTG app, its design, and its content are owned by Ziippoco Inc. You retain ownership of the data you log (photos, food entries, workout history).

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

OTG is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Ziippoco Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app.
